1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of run.autonomous.ai and any services, assessments, digital materials, communications, or related support provided by 4th Dimension Sales LLC ("4DS," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Services and Eligibility

4DS provides sales-management education, implementation, analysis, and related support. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Specific deliverables, access periods, fees, and payment terms are stated in the applicable order form or service agreement.

3. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

You authorize the payment method provided for charges described in your order form or service agreement. Unless that document states otherwise, fees are non-refundable after service delivery begins. Failed or overdue payments may pause access or performance. You remain responsible for amounts due under your signed agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

4DS owns or licenses the site, frameworks, training, templates, software, and related materials. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your internal business use. You may not copy, resell, publish, sublicense, reverse engineer, or distribute these materials without written permission.

5. Recordings, Data, and Permissions

If a service requires call recordings or business data, you represent that you have the lawful right to provide them and have obtained any consent required by applicable law. Do not provide protected health information, recordings involving minors, or material you are not authorized to share. You remain responsible for your own notices, permissions, and compliance obligations.

6. Text Message Terms

If you opt in to text messages, you consent to receive transactional and marketing messages from 4DS at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the site or services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate another person’s rights, use outputs for unlawful discrimination, or use any score as an automated employment decision.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site and services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. 4DS does not warrant uninterrupted access or a specific business result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4DS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid 4DS for the service giving rise to that claim during the preceding six months.

10. Governing Law and Changes

California law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
