Applications for the founding Department cohort close September 9

For founders with $100,000+ collected in the last 30 days

Double the revenue your sales team produces from the lead flow you already have in 90 days.

Your team is already taking calls, the offer already sells, and there is enough revenue moving through the business to know the demand is real. The next gain comes from controlling what happens between those calls... what gets reviewed, what gets corrected, and which standard gets enforced before the next prospect arrives.

The Department installs that sales-management system inside your business. You see the current baseline, the exact breaks costing you sales, and the management cadence built to correct them (without spending Friday night replaying calls yourself).

Apply for a Department Session

About two minutes. Qualified applicants choose a time immediately.

You already paid for the lead. Find out what the team is doing with it.

The actual constraint

Your sales problem begins after the call ends.

A rep hangs up, the CRM gets a note, and the team moves on to the next name. The call sounded fine in the moment... but by Friday, you are staring at the number with that familiar knot in your stomach because the math and the activity still do not match.

Somebody says, “We just need more leads.” Somebody else says the prospects were bad. Meanwhile, the same quiet miss has already happened on another five calls (and the CRM will never tell you which sentence caused it).

That is the gap The Department controls. Every call enters the same review system, the break gets named, the correction gets assigned, and the next call shows whether the correction held... while there is still time to change the week.

Why familiar fixes stall

More activity cannot manage the activity you already have.

More leadsPut more prospects through the current standard, including every part of that standard that is already leaking.
A new scriptGives the team better words, but it cannot show you where a rep stopped listening or let the prospect take control.
TrainingCan create a good afternoon... then disappear by Tuesday unless somebody measures what happened afterward.
A strong closerCan still drift when nobody owns the weekly standard (especially after two wins make everything feel fine).

The missing asset is the department between the calls: the operating layer that turns “I think” into evidence before another week of paid lead flow passes through the same invisible break.

The operating loop

Four moves turn call volume into a managed system.

01 · Observe

Establish the truth

Capture the calls and establish the current revenue baseline, using the records and activity the business already produces.

02 · Diagnose

Name the break

Mark the point where each call holds or breaks, so the coaching starts with what actually happened.

03 · Correct

Coach the cause

Coach the specific behavior that caused the break (one owned correction beats a page of vague feedback).

04 · Enforce

Check the next call

Re-score the next calls and keep the standard visible until the correction survives contact with another real prospect.

The management surface

You should be able to see the answer in one page.

The weekly view answers four questions before opinion can take over: where revenue is being lost, which pattern repeats, who owns the correction, and whether the correction held on the next call.

Your records set the baseline, your calls supply the evidence, and your team’s next calls show the change. You can walk into the sales meeting with your shoulders down because the room is looking at the same truth... not four different stories about the week.

The operating window

The first 90 days have a job.

Baseline

Confirm collected revenue, held calls, team capacity, and the current conversion path, so the target begins with the business you actually have.

Install

Put the review, scoring, ownership, and correction cadence into the business (with a name beside every correction).

Run

Review live calls, correct repeated breaks, and measure the next calls against the same standard... long enough to see whether the behavior held.

Read

Compare the operating result with the baseline established at the start, using your own records instead of a generic benchmark.

Fit

This is built for a business with something real to manage.

This fits when

  • At least $100,000 was collected in the most recent 30 days.
  • At least 20 enrollment calls were held in that period.
  • At least two people actively take enrollment calls.
  • The offer and lead source are active.
  • The team can lawfully provide recordings and an implementation owner.

This does not fit when

  • The offer or lead source still needs to be proven.
  • The business falls into a restricted category named in the application.
  • Nobody can own implementation.

Who built it

Built by the person who installs the operating layer.

Drew Juarez moved from selling inside founder-led companies to running sales teams, then built 4th Dimension Sales around installing the systems, management, and AI support those teams need. The Department organizes that work into one operating model... because a founder should be able to manage the truth without becoming the full-time call reviewer.

The state you are buying

Friday stops being a sales mystery.

You know what happened, what changed, and what the team is correcting next. The sales meeting starts with evidence, the standard survives a busy week, and the founder can make decisions without replaying every call after everyone else has gone home.

The goal is a calmer kind of control (the kind you feel when the number has an explanation). The next move is visible, the owner is named, and Monday does not begin with another speech about “wanting it more.”

The next step

Apply for a Department Session.

The application checks the operating facts first. Qualified applicants receive the Department calendar immediately, while applicants outside the current fit receive the next useful step without entering the booking flow... no awkward call, and no pretending the fit is there when it is not.

13 short screens. Your answers determine the next route.

Questions before you apply

The direct answers.

Is this another sales training?

Training can be one part of the correction. The product is the management system that observes what happened, assigns the correction, and checks the next call (where good advice either becomes behavior or disappears).

Do I need call recordings to apply?

You can apply without uploading a recording. The business must be able to provide recordings with the required consent if you move forward, because the work has to begin with evidence from real calls.

What does it cost?

The public page does not quote a price. The Session establishes the operating scope first, and if there is a fit, the commercial terms are presented in writing so you can review the actual engagement.

Is doubling guaranteed?

No. It is the target measured from the baseline established with your own records. Results depend on the offer, lead flow, team, implementation, and market conditions.

4DS installs and supports a sales-management system. It does not guarantee revenue, close rate, hiring, or any other financial outcome. Any arithmetic or examples are illustrative and depend on your offer, lead flow, team, implementation, and market conditions.
